i think of the a change ovbe vior. It's the result of both the customer outcome and the business outcome. The first level say, how do i make my existing produt work better? You cancan do your customer job better. And the second one is, how do I make it faster, easier, cheaper? So using a example, when i joined this company, my previous company called the fisi when i joined, they were growing fast. Tey didn't really have poo organization yet. And was tike first person tat helpe to build te partof organization from the grownd up. Back then was just running by engineering. Now it's growing
