No CRMs on the planet right now do it. And particularly not enterprise CRM, like there's nothing there that gives me a clue as to why we're different and better than anyone else. So I actually need differentiated value before I can assess is the market category we're using right now, good or not. The messaging part is kind of obvious. But if you've got good marketing people on your team, good marketers know this, they know that value propositions are a thing.
