A lot of people can lose weight, specifically fat for a short period of time. But then because they rely on extreme measures for it, they end up gaining back that weight and more. So part of this is like creating the healthy habits. It's going to allow you to sustain that,. And so one of the coolest aspects of this journey for myself is that I've also been able to take away from it things that I'll continue to integrate over the long term.
