I always sort of just know when something feels off I feel it in my body. If someone asks me to do something or talk about a certain subject or do something that I've started to really use that body wisdom as a way to sort of guide me towards saying yes or to say no. Why are we not learning this as kids like why are we not knowing you know from a very young age how to sort of determine a some form of path, she says.
