The General Problem Solver
The way we try to test for intelligence is being a general problem solver. You can worry about God and how to get a drink, how to go swimming, right? How to build a houseboat. Within each one of those domains, there are many different kinds of problems you can solve. And that's why when we measure intelligence, we give you a wide variety of different tests. We're meaning some capacity you have for solving your problems and learning.
