In the past we haven't really had to think deeply about, how am i most effective. Where do i have my best ideas? Where do i get my energy from? We make hybrid optimal by working in a way that allians with our best work. So so the managers need to up the game. And so what about e individuals? It seems the coming through quite strongly in your book as there's a that's definitely need to be much more self aware.
