Exercise Is Good for Anxiety

Exercise is a wonderful treatment for anxiety it's better than medication but it's not all credit equal. You kind of have to know what works for your nervous system so maybe you err on the side of things like yoga, Pilates, things that are a little gentler on the body and then you try a run or SLT theory. Just be honest with yourself. It's actually one of my favorite things about not being full-time editorial anymore is that I don't feel like I have to manipulate people's emotions to meet my own traffic goals anymore.
