The Second Law of Thermodynamics
The second law of thermodynamics says that in a closed system, entropy is always increasing. The only way that you can reverse that is by bringing in energy and knowledge from the outside. How do you keep these principles in place as you got bigger? It gets to be so big. We continually look at the gap between the principles and what our actual practices were. And when we get back closer to applying the principles, then we have a burst of improvement and growth.
