The UK Economy Is Not in a Triple Dip
The figures on GDP show we are not in a triple dip. The economy is a whole has grown 3.6%. Properties outperform the general economy as well by rising 4.6%. As you say, the figures show there's not all the doom and gloom that we're willing to believe sometimes.
