How to Keep Track of Your Sessions
I used to love doing a note box, but I'm not a person where if it starts to go wrong, I need to tell the whole thing out and start again. The crimp tap is just because I spend a lot of my life on my phone in terms of work and communicating with clients so it becomes the easiest way for me to keep track of things. If you look at all the sessions that you record on the history, that's when you can see whether they're constantly making you feel better or worse. That's a really good indication for me, and that's something I've just found super useful.
