i just happened to be watching a teta talk for other reasons. And i thought some of her points lined up with a lot of the benegeserate thinking and the concept of aristotle's politics. We are feeling animals that think, not thinking animals that feel. That's something that she drives s home. As such, we thoughts, we then feel emotions based on those thoughts, and then we run physiological responses to those emotions. For sustained or recurring psychological responses, such as anger, we wind up running the same thoughts over and over again to reproduce those same resultsye.
