There's a lot of moving parts. I mean, cancellation, we do charge cancellation. If you imagine someone's lived in their property for 10 or 15 years, it's probably their biggest asset. They really care. We've been paid 80 quid to go and take some photos. They want us to stay over the night and carry on the next day. You know, yeah, I suppose if you're wacking eight or 10 a day, you're making some money. So then you pay your staff what 100 quid a day out of that and you're making more plus their travel and expenses. That's where it's at. Do you? Do you do a clown?
