How to Deal With Stress
When you wake up in the morning, say to yourself, today is going to be a great day because then your unconscious mind will find why. Where you bring your attention determines how you feel. Whenever I go to make a decision, I just ask myself, this is good for my brain or bad for you. And if I can answer that question with information and love, then I tend to do the right thing.
