Sean Evans is essentially Charlie Rose. He sits down one on one and he interviews people of some note. And before each question, they put some hot sauce on a chicken wing,. They eat the chicken wing and the sauce is just hotter and hotter and hotter to the point where it's an obvious discomfort. But what makes the show great is that Sean is really a good interviewer who asks great questions.
