I Think the Return on the Investment in Education Is Not Just the Stuff You Learn

I think the public education system is so complicated because you have to serve people in so many different situations from so many different backgrounds with such varying resources. There's certain things I think we can do right away like interleaving which I mentioned briefly before maybe I'll define now. Some parts of school should look more sort of like that army's talent-based branching where in many ways the job of a teacher or someone like them is to help an individual figure out what did they like and what didn't they like.
