How Do You Make That Connection?

CNN's John Sutter talks to iReporters about the challenges of working in a small company. He says it can be hard for employees to make connections between work and personal life. One employee told him that his job was safe, even though he'd had seven managers. "I want people feeling happy, and i want them enjoying their jobs," Sutter said.
