The Ghost of Ralph Phillips
Ralph Phillips was on the run from police in upstate New York for months. He ambushed two cops and shot one of them dead before being caught last week. Sean saw him, but he didn't want to be seen at all so called local authorities who thought he was making things up. Now we find out just exactly how close Sean might have came with his sighting.
