Cintrum relaps in multiple scirosis, secondary progressive multiple scirosis and primary progressive i a multiple sclerosis. Primary progressive is in a category of his own. The other three all fall under a relapsingcategory. Yen: Some people just have a relatively benign course and it never causes really severe disability. But other people eventually become progressively more disabled.
