The Interplay Between Oil and Inflation

I think that many people around the world who may not have thought too much about how commodities and energies in particular impacts pretty much everything we take for granted have found a new appreciation of this in the last 12 months. So let me just start out by throwing out a topic that I know you spend a lot of time thinking about and then we'll just take it from there. What is different about what became clear to everyone in 2022, namely the interplay between commodities and inflation? The current inflationary period is different from previous periods such as 2008 and maybe even also the 1970s. Well, first and foremost, what characterizes this period versus any other is the focus on decarbonization.
