The Importance of Remaining

You can't row the island away from the European mainland and pretend that it's not happening. It just keeps on coming back. So now everyone's bored of it. Neither of the parties wants to reopen it - even Labour, which is supported by remainers. What they'll do is say we're going to build a closer trading relationship. And my suggestion is that will last for five, six, seven years until we're sort of back in. Yeah. That sounds incredible. Can you explain?
