The judge did make an exception for the government warning social media companies about national security threats criminal activity or voter suppression. But then he was like, though the line is sort of fuzzy. I don't know how you how do you enforce any of that. And it's a tacit concession that it's actually important and helpful and necessary to have some sort of government involvement again not in suppressing the speech but just in identifying what are harmful kinds of speech.
