I love that you got it all out on the table here. You're still pobly feeling in some way that it's not okay to be sexual. So i would recommend some talk therapy and to kind of see if it's anxiety that you experience. Maybe there's like, some breathing exercises you can learn,. And maybe you could see a sex therapust as wells you can learn to really connect with your body.
