Korean Food in Ammo Cans

Korean food in the U.S. has come a long way since when you were growing up there, says David Bianculli. It started at the beginning of the 21st century for reasons that we'll get into soon. A lot of it was borrowing of Western taste and a Korean diaspora where there people and their chefs went elsewhere. But yeah, in the 1980s when I was experiencing Korean culture, you would not have convinced me that this was possible.
