How Do You Hire a Writer?
I hire writers very discerningly. First and foremost, i ask a lot of questions. I you really have to get past the port folio and into the character of the person. A research in learning is a really integral part of the writing process. Being able to remove the ego from is going to produce a better result. If it tiesin perfectly with a client's brand and tone and voice, and it's really on tract to help them meet their goals that's what we would call a great piece of content.
