Rudy Giuliani and John Eastman: The Underside of the Bus

CNN's John Defterios says he doesn't think the advice of counsel defense is going to work out too well for Donald Trump. The president would have to get on the witness stand to establish his state of mind, and there was nobody who'd put him that far in a case such as this, defterios said. He also thinks it might be too late for Rudy Giuliani and John Eastman to give any more insight into what they know about their client.
