Youno: Likeability is secondary to credibility. Can i rely on you? So what does some one do? Immediately, i take a quick superficial look physically. Do i think you can handle it if one of us gets shot in the leg, and you can carry us through the happens there? That's the credibility trustworthiness. But the one thing that you don't want to do if you want to be influential is be defensive about it.
