If you don't need this deal, maybe just hold, keep building the community until it's at a point where you can do a deal that reflects the type of money you want to make. Or understand that you're working your way up. Take less money. You must be making money somewhere else to support this career. And you're taking the deal with the understanding that this is helping to build your engine right now and your process.
