The Benefits of Heavy Singles Training

There is a trend now where many lifters are regularly doing singles that are heavy, but not necessarily at that high of an RPE. A triple at 90% on bench presses, probably your max triple. And so perhaps they're getting their muscular efficiency. They're getting better with heavy loads. But in general, when I talk about this because it's practical, it's low cost, it's time efficient.
