The Difference Between Thinking Inside Your Head and Thinking Outside Your Head

In order for me to be in that state of mind with my dot, i had to mentally prepare myself come and step out of my emotions. I was able to manage it, i think, in a healthy way, and im i not get wrapped up into it. The other part that i wanto realize is that, wn, i go back to that fir cope, that is really interesting.
