The Different Properties of Water
The second law of thermodynamics states that the entropy of a system tends to increase over time. The more ordered a system is, the fewer number of equivalent arrangements there are. Think of your bookshelf again: different ways of ordering books on bookshelf could be by surname of the author,. Could be by title of the book, etc. In fact, I probably should do a whole podcast just on water because it has so many interesting properties.
