We're pretty direct with our partners about what we expect of them and what we want them to do. So particularly on the hedge fund side we get them to do things which are quite specialist it probably is more cost effective to ask them to do it for us. If they deliver that's fine we build that into our calculation of the returns we expect to make. if they don't we turn to move away and move into a different area. We sort of move around a little bit is that agility point I would say but actually we hold our third party managers to pretty high standard.
