How to Disentangle in Leadership

Franklin: I've talked about this on the podcast. But last year I read Arthur Brooks from strength to strength. He's got a section in there where he says real friends versus deal friends, right? So real friends are who are going to be around no matter what. And it's so hard to disentangle in leadership because we're surrounded by people.
