The Left's Influence on Italy
The kidnapping and murder of Aldo Morro, who was a prime minister of Italy, was blamed on the left. The Italian Communist Party's Secretary-General Lico and Rico Berlingwehr launched a proposal for a political alliance with the Christian Democrats. In 1973, Italy had one of the largest communist parties in Western Europe. And then so all of these attacks take place, they're blamed on theleft. It's meant to like, it's obviously meant to make the left look very bad.
