What Are the Different Mental Models?
Leaders harness people's self interest by connecting it to the goal that we're all trying to achieve, and showing how we can all benefit from it. What i see a lot in management is an assumption that the best way to organize is like a ford factory - where you have highly specialized department with specialized tools. And yet it doesn't seem to work at all in softoy development or product development. I wanted to understand more about these common mental models that you think people have and and where they might go wrong.
