How I Learned to Build Systems for Engineers
Yahoo used to be like a powerhouse back in the day when he came to technology and machine learning, all the Hadoop stuff came out of Yahoo. And we built a bunch of those systems by hand. We had to build everything from scratch. At AWS, I had the insane opportunity to actually move there and build a whole Amazon AI org that built SageMaker. You have to think about things like pricing and monitoring and so on. It's a whole different beast.
