The Leadership of Brighter Future Needs

I think that came from a fair amount of internal work. One aspect was, you know, let's spend a couple of months for these senior leaders of this organization to truly find their own sense of meaning and purpose. I also got coaching on them. And what came out of that work was to nurture the leadership of brighter future needs. That's kind of sort of what I'm about. Nurture, it's not teach. It's nurture. Leadership, not leader, because I believe it's a ship. I think it's a system. And brighter future is just, there are many, many existential challenges that we face today.
