The aim of meeting the shadow is to develop an ongoing relationship with it. We have to plumb the depths of a what we don't want to know about ourselves. addressing and acknowledging all our shadow parts not only helps us come closer to god and ourselves, but it also helps us be in more ethical relationship with those around us. And that's what we're really going to spend a lot of time on right now.
