The Principles Versus Practices of Agile

A junior developer may view agile, just as bureaucratic and terrible as waterfall because it's sort of handed to them without any context. You have to say, why is it important? Like what problem are we actually solving by having sprints? That stuff will be obvious to people with a ton of experience who maybe have been through it, but not a junior developer. And that can be hard to get across to everyone at every level and the way that they're going to understand it.
