What Interests You About Tray?

In previous roles, i was doing some operational sort of product stuff to try and improve experiences through automation. tray is a visual programming tool that tries to leverage use experience to allow people who maybeae never used a general automation platform before to access technology they otherwise would need to go to engineering to ask for. That's kind of the big piece. But then the other challenge that i'm trying to solve, or attempting to of dig my teeth into, are how do you scale a product, product design and engineering team through kind of hypergrowth,. which we've seen at tray.
