Plant-Based Diets

I think you've created a really strong case for the adoption of these plant predominant or exclusive dietary patterns they're helping shift risk factors for cardiovascular metabolic conditions like blood pressure and blood glucose and cholesterol and inflammation in the right direction. My first tip would be to just look at what you eat now and your favorite foods and your favorite recipes and see how you can make those more plant-based. I think another important point is that it doesn't have to be all or nothing so you don’t have to be 100% plant exclusive and just give up everything right away especially if we want to see cardi metabolic benefits even just making some small changes you can see some important risk reductions.
