The Importance of Fatherhood in Baptism
To look at God and call him father is not natural. That is purely supernatural. In our baptism that we have been conformed to the son of God in Christ. To cry out to God as father is a uniquely impurely Christian task. And then we can go to him with confidence, asking him for assistance, for help in love.
