Is Full RBF a Good Idea?
Full RBF would help against some pinning vectors, but not all of them. So it's possible to have pinning outside of the context of this, even in a full RBF world. I do fall on the side of you at least should offer the option of full RBF, and full RBF is more incentive compatible for the long term. This idea of first scene should never have been like a promise that should be sustained forever.
