Introduction

Terry Fitzgerald is an Alexander Technique teacher in Sydney, Australia. He's been teaching the technique for over 30 years. Terry has a doctorate in education from the University of Technology and he works there part-time. We're going to talk today about the connections between the Alexander Technique, and perhaps FM Alexander's discoveries more generally.
