How to Be a Great Team Leader

I think one thing I have to remind myself is it's never a good idea to think that a senior pastor or a team leader is off doing something by himself. In fact, the greatest team leaders and senior pastors are doing that with people every time. Being an encourager and being a conversation partner is a key opportunity to be a really great team member. We're looking at follow up probably the trickiest part of the mission funnel - what happens after the conversion engine?
