You don't have to gain weight in menopause I feel like a lot of women are like oh my god I'm expecting it or I see you know my waistline does thickening due to the change in hormones but you can actually stay lean and fit and musculars There's studies done on people in their 90s doing strength training who are able to build muscle and it is never too late at all even if you have gained weight.
