The Psychology of the 2020 World Cup for New Zealand
The New Zealand number 19 side finished up reasonably well. We made the semi-final and we ended up losing to the team that went on to win it. It was very successful. In terms of our ability to develop young talent, I think a semi-final position was very, very incredible. So really pleased with an important make about not meaning to undersell New Zealanders and under 19 outfit. A lot of teams you come up against, England, Aussie, India, the guys are already playing professional cricket,. whereas none of our players had exposure at domestic level.
