Religious Involvement and Spiritual Abuse

A friend of mine just this last week said I've been reconnecting in my relationship with God. And it's really been helping me get through this period. You could you can extrapolate that out. Someone could say like, yeah, religious involvement is the kind of thing that reduces stress and increases coping. And sure enough, we actually we find evidence that is a big part of the this is a bigpart of my spiritual abuse.
