How to Signal to an Agent That It's Working

Once an agent is up and running, you've got a whole new slew of things. We need to signal that sense that it's working. You have new use cases where the algorithm isn't 100% confident in what it's about to do. There are some new scenarios that we have to attend to around telling that agent when to infer that it needs to stop. So all of those to me feel new and really particular to agents.
