The Importance of Calling a Landlord

I've had to call in the past and be like, can I get a person to come out and pick up my garbage? It's so sad. And then another annoying thing is when they miss your bins, like you never hear about that. When me and Jesus who are living together in UC San Diego, something went wrong with the water heater for four or five months. That was an adventure. But it ended up four months later. The guys finally figured out why it would get fixed for one day and just like break again. They're like, dude, someone labeled these wires wrong. Like they flipped two of the wires or something. Oh my god.
