Cameron: It was a hybrid of both. We had a baseline, you can almost look at it as a playbook right like a baseline set of standard operating procedures that we would assign by position. You know, if you were sitting behind me on the fire truck, you had a certain job and the person sitting next to you would have a different job. But there's a point of diminishing returns with becoming too prescriptive because especially as the officer in charge in that environment, you don't know what's happening around you.
